At Spring Church Bed and Breakfast, our priority has always been making our guests feel welcome and well cared-for.  Now with the 2020/22 COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic behind us, we are even more diligently focused on the health and safety of our guests as well as our employees.  We do this without compromising the quality of your experience when you stay with us.

As an hospitality business, we are opened for travelers, adhering to the latest State of Virginia protocols and are following guidance from the world’s leading health experts. We continue our already stringent practices around food handling, sanitation, disinfection and cleaning.

Because we are a small family-owned Inn, we can keep a eye on how our policies are carried out.  I personally oversee these responsibilities.

For many of us that travel Interstate 95, getting to our destination is a necessary and joyful part of our lives.  We sincerely appreciate the trust you place in us when you visit Spring Church Bed and Breakfast.  When you are ready and we encourage you to Stop and Stay. We are a credit card only establishment. No Cash Transactions.

 

Spring Church Bed and Breakfast is a good nights rest on your way to you final destination, a Business or Family Celebration or Small Wedding where guests can celebrate life’s milestones – or just get away to recharge – without concern. Our goal is to provide Tranquility!

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you have to cancel within 24 hours prior to your arrival or cannot check in, you will be charged for one night stay. If the reservation is for an event and the reservation is in high season, we will keep the deposit for business lost.

Here at Spring Church Bed ad Breakfast, safety of our guests and family are very important. We reserve the right to cancel an event or reservation if we don't receive communication or a timely response when we call a contact number. Due to our remote location, we'd rather our guest check in before sundown, 3pm-6pm, but we understand that is not always possible due to traffic or accidents.  We ask that our guests be proactive about informing us when they plan to arrive.

Health and Safety

Our daily cleaning protocols and hospital-grade cleaning products are part of the reason we invite our guests to feel comfortable, confident and secure.

​Room Cleaning and Safety

​

• Every room is deep cleaned and disinfected after each check out, with special attention to high-touch areas.

• All bedding and pillows are cleaned after each stay.

• All decorative pillows and linens are removed prior to guest check-in.

• Non-essential items such as books and magazines have been removed.

Dining

​

• Our complimentary breakfast is an important part of the Spring Church Bed and Breakfast experience. In addition to our Dinning Room, we are now offer our front porch as a seating option.​

 

Group Meetings and Retreats

​

• For social distancing, we have meeting tables and chairs that can be arranged for small meeting configurations.

​

• We do not serve food and beverage other than breakfast or brunch.  We recommend that you contact a cater for you group or meeting needs.

​

• Cancellation Policy for Meetings:  We will work closely with you to manage any changes on a case by case basis.

• We sanitize common areas and check-in areas throughout the day.
